A Human Way To Interact With Computers
Kodama 3DGo is a new system to intuitively manipulate and interact with 3 dimensional digital content.
It makes interacting with digital objects as natural as just picking up an apple.
Developed with our patented, non optical 3D tracking technology, Kodama can empower professionals and casual users alike.
3D content is becoming ever more present in everyday life, it is the new standard. Even the classic Microsoft paint has now been re-branded as 3D paint.

While early adopters are using VR headsets, the predominant interface for normal people to interact with this content is on a 2D screen. Kodama bridges the gap between 2D interfaces and full immersion.

Compared to AR solutions, Kodama has the advantage of physicality. As opposed to optical hand tracking, real physical interaction gives the user the confidence of touch, making the experience real.

Kodama can work with any bluetooth enabled screen. This also includes Augmented Reality (AR).

A physical component in AR gives the confidence of touch, grounds the experience, giving it more "realness".
​
The tracking is not optical, therefore the tracker can be obstructed from the field of view completely and the tracking does not break, allowing for much more intuitive interactions.

Kodama 3DGo, was designed to give kids the ability to interact with screens in a healthier way. You move the tracker, and the same thing happens in the virtual world.
​
Kodama 3DGo came with a suite of creative apps that allow you to make Pixar-like 3D animation, colour or paint in 3D, or fly around in a spaceship and blast Alians into another dimension!

Pre-manufacturable, fully functional prototypes were created prior to the kickstarter.
