My work can be grouped into 3 categories: Strategic Design, Product Design, and work with Technology. As these largely overlap the majority of my project fall into multiple of these categories and all feature a technological aspect.

Games

Digital Content for the Kodama platform
The Kodama platform was launched with 3 original games, designed to target different demographics.

The Kodama platform also featured a unity based SDK allowing developers to bring their own games and experiences to the platform.

Build go is an app that allows you to intuitively build minecraft-like 3D structures. You are able to change materials and block sizes and then explore your designs by navigating through your structure when you
are done creating. All structures can then be exported and loaded into Minecraft. The app was designed to target young teenagers

People used to gather around a campfire to tell stories, in much the same way Kodama Campfire creates a place where kids can tell stories together. Its a “Pixar do it yourself”. You can make animated movies by just moving real figurines and toys with your hands.

Customise your characters, discover worlds and be the film director. You can control people, spaceships, dragons, animals and more. Save your own movie and share it with your friends! Campfire is a canvas for your imagination, inviting young kids to create and collaborate.

The UI has been designed to be intuitive for young users despite being in 3D. The controls allow you to change brush colour, change the composition of the pallet, rotate the 3D model and take screenshots, without ever having to touch the screen, but by simply moving the Kodama controller in 3D space.
Crayon3D was the worlds first 3D colouring book! In the app you intuitively paint a selection of 3D models by controlling a magical butterfly that gives colour to anything it touches. You can save and share these creations with your friends and family. 3D creation was never that fun and easy!
